Occupational Therapist - School

About the Role:

We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team. In this role, you'll support students across grades K-12 by helping them build the skills they need to thrive academically, socially, and independently. You'll conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, provide therapy services, and document progress-all while collaborating with educators and families to create meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Perform student evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

• Provide direct therapy services aligned with each student's goals

• Document services and progress clearly and accurately

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Uphold professional standards of practice

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice

• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
