Requirements

• Active New York RN License
• BLS (AHA) Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing Preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Wound Care experience preferred
• Wound Care Certification – Required
• Wound & Ostomy Certification Preferred
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Pressure Injury Management
  • Wound Assessments
  • VAC (Vacuum Assisted Closure) Therapy
  • Wound Dressing Changes
  • Ostomy Care
  • Patient & Family Education
  • Skin Integrity and Wound Prevention Programs
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
