Occupational Therapist

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support hospitals and health systems in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and guide patients in regaining function, independence, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with nursing, allied health, and leadership teams to align therapy goals with organizational priorities and care pathways. You will document care in EMR systems, track clinical outcomes, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds to support safe transitions and discharge planning. Drawing on Nealy Pierce’s relationship-driven culture, you’ll communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams, offering education on adaptive techniques and equipment. You’ll also contribute insights to optimize therapy workflows and improve care quality.
