Accounting Clerk

Accounting Clerk needed to assist with Accounts Payable, research, email correspondence, and general ledger tasks.

This position requires approximately 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, sort, and file accounts payable documentation, including invoices, vendor statements, and supporting backup
• Assist with routine account reconciliations and flag discrepancies for follow-up
• Research invoice questions
• Support the finance team with general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Prior accounts payable and/or entry level accounting experience preferred
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, with regular use of Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers and documents
• Ability to organize work, follow established processes, and meet deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors and internal team members
• Dependable and professional
