Accounts Receivable Clerk
Indianapolis | Onsite | $23-$25/hr

LHH is partnering with a client on the west side of Indianapolis to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a contracttohire opportunity. This is a fully onsite role ideal for someone who is detailoriented, organized, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative accounting team.

What you'll do:

• Perform daytoday Accounts Receivable processing
  
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data in ERP systems and customer portals
  
• Use Excel for basic data entry, formulas, and formatting
  
• Communicate internally to resolve discrepancies and follow established processes
  
• Crosstrain with Accounts Payable to support the broader accounting function
  

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  
• Ability to learn and navigate ERPs and online portals
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Comfortable working within structured processes
  
• Teamoriented with a willingness to crosstrain
  

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1hour lunch)
  
• $23-$25 per hour, based on experience
