Description PLEA is Hiring a Mental Health Therapist for its School Based Partial Hospital Program! Location: PLEA School in Homestead, PA Salary: $56,000 Schedule: Hours worked will be based on the school calendar. As a Mental Health Therapist at PLEA, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. Hours worked will be based on the school calendar. The Mental Health Therapist serves a pivotal role in providing support, instruction, and therapeutic intervention within a classroom setting. The therapist is a fundamental member of the team in conducting continuous functional behavioral assessments, devising and executing behavioral health plans, and fostering social, emotional and academic development. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide a seamless and comprehensive support system tailored to the distinct needs of each student. Maturity, reliability, and sound judgment. Requirements Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field (clinical discipline preferred). Experience working with special needs children is required. ACT 33, ACT 34, and FBI Fingerprint Clearances. PA Mandated Reporter Training. Must be 18 years or older.
