Sr. Business Analyst, Global CRM Product Management
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for executing customer relationship management solution supporting our growing global commercial business. The successful candidate will support key stakeholder groups and external agencies to deliver a virtual engagement platform supporting our bold mission of redefining the industry through differentiated customer experiences. This role will oversee requirements gathering; platform development (implementations and integrations) as well as ongoing product management activities.
