The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects, meeting high-quality standards, and adhering to project timelines.**Responsibilities:*** Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conceptualization through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.* Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform project design and development.* Provide technical expertise in areas of transportation design to guide project teams and ensure engineering solutions align with industry best practices.* Collaborate with architects, planners, and other stakeholders to integrate various project elements seamlessly.* Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for accuracy and compliance.* Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.* Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address project-related issues and ensure project success.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.* Professional Engineer (PE) license required* Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on plans, specifications and estimates development.* Proven track record of successful project management and delivery of complex civil engineering projects.* Strong proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.* Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.* Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating innovative solutions into projects.If you are a seasoned civil engineering professional seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, we invite you to apply for this position.
