Partnering strategically with business leaders, the full-time Senior People Partner will drive people strategy, workforce planning, and key people programs while working remotely across the U.S. Key responsibilities Serve as a strategic People Partner to leaders, driving the people agenda and talent strategy Develop and execute people strategies related to performance management, organizational design, and employee engagement Coach leaders to enhance team effectiveness and support DEI initiatives and talent planning processes Required qualifications 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including as an HR Business Partner Proven track record of supporting international operations with a global workforce Experience in organizational design, change management, and performance management Thorough understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment law Experience in mission-driven organizations, particularly in energy or climate change sectors, is advantageous
