Job Description
Join our team as an electromechanical assembler, where you will perform electro-mechanical assemblies of cooling units utilized in AI data centers. You will be responsible for assembling and reworking electromechanical and mechanical assemblies, including refrigeration systems. The role involves point-to-point wiring and wire harnessing to connect systems and sub-assemblies into larger units. A solid understanding of wiring diagrams and sketches is essential to complete each step of the assembly process.
Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of cooling units for AI data centers.
• Assemble and rework electromechanical and mechanical assemblies, including refrigeration systems.
• Conduct point-to-point wiring and wire harnessing to integrate systems and sub-assemblies.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and sketches to guide assembly steps.

Essential Skills

• 2-8 years of experience in electromechanical assembly.
• Proficiency in reading schematics.
• Ability to perform wiring, crimping, and harnessing.
• Experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, wiring, wire harnessing, wire crimping, electrical assembly, electronic assembly, soldering, and electrical wiring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly skills are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Any electrical experience would be considered a bonus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billerica, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.76 - $24.76/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
