Salary: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00+ per year (Base salary + massive performance rewards)

We hire star performers, not backgrounds. Young or old—if you have the stuff, we’ll know. We are a progressive, innovative company in the wellness space, and we are looking for a true sales superstar to dominate our membership sales.

If you are average, you will earn $30k. If you are good, you will earn $40k. If you are great, you will earn $80k+ each year. We provide a small base salary, but offer massive, uncapped performance rewards to get you to $80K and beyond.

What You Will Do

• Build Deep Connections: You must have the rare ability to instantly connect with prospects, disarm them, and understand their health and lifestyle goals.
• Convert to Wellness Memberships: This isn't just about chatting; you must aggressively convert interested prospects into signed-up wellness program members.
• Relentless Follow-Up: A "no" just means "not yet." You must hunt down leads, manage your pipeline, and follow up until the deal is closed.
• Crush Weekly Targets: You will be held to strict weekly sign-up quotas. You must possess the drive to meet and exceed these targets week after week.

What You Must Bring

• The "Hunter" Instinct: Awesome at opening doors and generating appointments from a cold start.
• Closing Power: A barracuda closer who knows how to handle objections and lock in a membership.
• Elite Communication: A terrific presenter, highly articulate, persuasive, and empathetic yet firm.
• Unshakeable Drive: Highly self-motivated. You do not need a manager pushing you to hit your numbers.
