Overview:

The Program Analyst – Journeyman will provide administrative and program support for recurring workforce and operational requirements. 

Key Responsibilities

• Review travel requests and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Research and resolve routine timekeeping issues and prepare reports for managers and designated timekeepers.
• Prepare and process new-hire in-processing documentation and coordinate first-week onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, trackers, databases, and status reports.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and internal stakeholders to ensure administrative requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• No experience required in this field.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and customer-service skills.
• Secret clearance required.
