H & H Mechanical is looking for a driven Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Specialist to join our growing team! This position focuses on outside sales and cold calling with the goal of building long-term customer relationships and selling HVAC maintenance memberships.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business through door-to-door sales and cold calling
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
• Promote maintenance memberships and service agreements
• Work independently to achieve and exceed sales goals

·        Built pipeline through autonomous lead generation and relationship development
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (outside or B2B preferred)
• HVAC knowledge or industry experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to succeed
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
