Senior Manager Digital Adoption & Enablement
Worldwide Clinical Trials
Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement across corporate and clinical platforms. The role manages adoption strategy, oversees two learning advisors, and ensures effective workforce training and performance support for implementations and system releases.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital adoption strategy across Medidata, Certinia, Workday, Microsoft 365, and other corporate systems
- Manage and develop two Organizational Learning Advisors with coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Establish standards, templates, and operating practices for systems learning and enablement across the organization
- Oversee learning and enablement plans for system implementations, releases, and training campaigns aligned to go-live dates
- Publish recurring Digital Adoption & Enablement scorecards tracking adoption insights, proficiency, and business value
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement programs
- Experience managing learning and development professionals with coaching and performance oversight
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Workday, Medidata, Salesforce, LMS, or Microsoft 365
- Expertise in instructional design, learning strategy, and performance support methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Experience developing role-based training, job aids, and eLearning content
- Proficiency in adoption metrics, measurement frameworks, and continuous improvement
