Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Data entry in various platforms Responsible for answering inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring overall provider satisfaction. In addition, entering in vision prescription orders and investigating existing ones is part of their duty. Qualifications At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Proficiency in the use of computer to navigate between different websites, effective communication, time management, problem-solving, and active listening Empathy to understand provider frustration, problem-solving, and active listening. Experience with Microsoft Office products a plus. Education – Highschool diploma/4+ years of customer service experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
