You'll be: Serving as the frontline point of contact to assist optical office providers with their inquiries and requests Responding promptly and professionally to provider communications via phone, email, and fax to ensure total provider satisfaction Accurately entering vision prescription orders into the ordering system Researching and investigating existing vision orders to resolve questions or issues in a timely manner This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Possess 4+ years of customer service experience Are proficient in computer navigation across multiple websites, screens, and systems Demonstrate strong problem-solving, active listening, and empathetic communication skills to resolve provider concerns Have excellent time management and communication skills (experience with Microsoft Office products is a plus) What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
