oin University Home Care Inc as a Contingent Hospice CNA in Livonia, MI, where you will provide compassionate, personalized care to hospice patients in their homes. This role is ideal for a dedicated CNA who is passionate about supporting patients and their families during end-of-life care. You will work in a collaborative team environment, delivering high-quality care that respects the dignity and wishes of each patient.

• Assist hospice patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to the supervising nurse or healthcare team.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families, promoting comfort and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient observations in compliance with care plans.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Current CNA certification in the state of Michigan.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes around Michigan.
