Senior CNC Machinist

CSI Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation specializing in the repair of air data probes and aircraft accessories is seeking a Senior CNC Machinist with a proven track record as a highly skilled machinist. In depth knowledge and understanding of complex blueprints and schematics, set up, programming and operation of CNC machines, and conformance to specifications. The ideal candidates will have a deep knowledge of CNC machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance. Candidate should have a strong understanding of quality control analysis. Job Qualifications: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Perform complex machining operations on a variety of materials Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and detailed drawing Monitors and adjusts schedule to respond to internal production requirements Troubleshoot parts and machine problems Coordinate with other departments to achieve company needs, work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other machinists to ensure parts meet design intent. Responsible for CSI's tooling design and maintenance which includes New Product Development and Production tooling.
