Full-Time

Monday-Friday schedule, MOD rotation

$31-$33 for LPN/hourly

$43-$47/salaried for RN

10K Sign on Bonus paid out quarterly over a year

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed in West VA.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

• One year of MDS experience preferred.
