Home Care Association of America - - Responsibilities: Answer all phone calls outside of regular office hours (weekdays: 4:30pm-8:00am; weekends or holidays: 8:00 am-8:00 am); Politely and efficiently resolve any client service issues, scheduling issues or adjustments; Serve as jump and run caregiver in times where you are unable to fill shifts; Monitor our on-call email for any missed clock-ins / outs and voicemails; Track all incoming calls, missed check-ins, and voicemails in the on-call log; responding to each as needed
