Physicians to see patients in nursing homes and assisted living facilities 

\n

Salary: $250k-$260k plus bonus structure.

\n

Productivity Bonus: Eligible for additional compensation through a wRVU-based productivity bonus program.

\n

Productivity incentives are paid separately from base salary.

\n

Schedule: Monday through Friday

\n

2 Day weekend calls a month (typically every other Sunday), expect about10 calls

\n

No overnight call (if applicable)

\n

No fixed office hours

\n

This position is designed with significant professional autonomy. Physicians are expected to independently manage their schedules and ensure that all assigned patient care responsibilities, documentation, and clinical duties are completed in a timely and professional manner. Success is measured by quality of care, responsiveness, and completion of work rather than by traditional office hours

Position Summary:

\n

The Physician (SNFist) is responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The physician works closely with nursing staff, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and manage patient care plans. The role focuses on improving the health outcomes of patients with complex medical conditions, often elderly individuals who need ongoing care, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management.

Qualifications:

\n

• \n

  Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

\n
• \n

  Valid medical license in the state of CA.

\n
• \n

  Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty (e.g., internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, or other relevant fields).

\n
• \n

  Experience in a clinical setting, with experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred.

\n
• \n

  Knowledge of SNF regulations and standards of care.

\n
• \n

  Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

\n
• \n

  Ability to make critical medical decisions and perform under pressure.

\n
