Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly and production processes within a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be reliable and have a good attitude while also being able to handle physical work. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality product output while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Duties

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to transport materials and finished products within the facility
• Perform quality checks on products during various stages of assembly to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the manufacturing area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Handle inventory management tasks, including stocking raw materials and finished goods
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols consistently during all tasks
• Emptying press machine
• Lifting 50+ pounds repetitively

Skills

• Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment, preferably within a manufacturing facility
• Warehouse experience, including operating forklifts safely
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment such as forklifts and other warehouse machinery
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Being able to lift 50+ pounds
• Being on your feet a lot
