Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
\n
• Strong candidate assessment and interview skills, including virtual and in-person evaluation
\n
• Knowledge of federal and local employment laws
\n
• Experience in a plant or manufacturing environment preferred
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\n

\n

Nice-to-Have Skills

\n

\n
• Experience with HRMS systems such as PeopleSoft
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
\n
• Track record of developing talent pipelines and succession planning
\n
• Ability to coach and counsel managers on employee relations
\n
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives
\n

Preferred Education and Experience

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
\n
• Prior experience in a plant or manufacturing environment
\n
• HR Generalist background with hands-on experience in employee relations and talent management
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
\n
• Experience managing multiple priorities with a high level of organization
\n

Other Requirements

\n
• Up to 5% travel for site visits and meetings
\n
• Work schedule aligned with plant hours, primarily on-site with some remote flexibility
\n
• Ability to obtain necessary work authorization
\n
• Valid driver’s license if travel to different sites is required
\n
