Reports to: Human Resources Manager
\nThis position is on-site: hybrid schedule with 4 days in the NYC office
\n \nQualifications:
\n- \n
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment and/or high volume industry. \n
- 1-3 years of experience handling employee relations cases \n
- Extremely detail oriented- no detail is missed! \n
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. \n
- Strong excel skills \n
- Exercises discretionary skills \n
- A problem solver! No problem is too big. \n
- Superior communication skills with stakeholders of all levels. \n
- Previous experience working in hospitality or retail industry preferred. \n
