Sales Director
\nMiami, FL (4 days on-site, 1 day remote).
\n \nGoliath Partners is a subsidiary of Meritaas, an established consortium of specialist recruitment businesses focused on the placement of STEM professionals. Goliath specializes in talent solutions across the trading, quantitative research, and artificial intelligence sectors.
\n \nWe're recruiting! Our aim is to scale with our clients & thus far we've managed to do exactly that.
\n \nIn 2024, we became the leading supplier in Florida to financial markets winning awards for placements in software & research. In 2025 we ventured into the machine learning & AI space and have become an exclusive supplier to a very well known Frontier AI Research Lab.
\n \nTo date we placed across HK, LDN, NYC, MIA, CHI, SF, LA, SG, Geneva, AMS & Paris. We're looking for a Recruitment Director to come in and build with us.
\n \nThis person will have a team of 3~ people by the close of their first 12 months.
\n \nBase of $100,000-150,000, team bonus of 10% & commission at 40%~.
\n \nWe are interested in people from one or more of the following markets:
\nAI space (Anthropic/ OpenAI/ xAI)
\nQuant Trading/ Discretionary PMs & SPMs
\nQuant Research (Central Liquidity Books through to Pods)
\nSell Side/ Buy Side
\n \nPackage:
\nNYC-equivalent commission plan & salary to match with no state tax in Florida.
\nFull Healthcare, Vision, Dental & Matching 401k plans with 35 days PTO.
\nAll the other add-ons recruitment firms offer (LCs, Getaways etc).
