\n \nWe're partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed health-tech company to hire a Technical Recruiter who will play a key role in scaling its Engineering organization.
\n \nThe business has experienced significant growth and is entering its next phase of scale. Working closely with Engineering leadership, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, and AI functions, helping attract and hire exceptional technical talent.

- Full-cycle recruiting experience within technology, SaaS, or startup environments \n
- Success recruiting Software Engineering and other technical talent \n
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter capabilities \n
- Experience partnering with Engineering leaders and hiring managers \n
- Ability to identify, engage, and close high-caliber passive candidates \n
This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who wants to be deeply involved in hiring strategy, influence key talent decisions, and help shape the growth of a highly ambitious technology business.
