The Role

\n

This is a delivery-focused recruitment role supporting experienced consultants within our Contract Recruitment Team on live contract and interim assignments. You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, and management throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and strong shortlists for clients.

\n

\n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, market research, and execution, with the opportunity to develop toward a full 360 recruitment role over time if desired.

What You'll Do

\n
    \n
  • Source, engage, and screen candidates across multiple live contract and interim opportunities
    • \n
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, and re-engagement
    • \n
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, availability, and motivation
    • \n
  • Partner closely with consultants to understand role requirements, timelines, and client priorities
    • \n
  • Manage candidates throughout the interview process, feedback stages, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities
    • \n
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow best-practice recruitment processes
    • \n
  • Share market intelligence, candidate insights, and hiring trends with the wider team
    • \n
  • Support the growth and success of the Contract Recruitment Team through a collaborative and delivery-focused approach
    • \n

About You

\n
    \n
  • 1-3 years of experience recruiting contract professionals within an agency environment
    • \n
  • Previous experience in agency recruitment, resourcing, research, or candidate delivery, ideally within professional services, legal, financial services, or other professional staffing markets
    • \n
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills
    • \n
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
    • \n
  • Confident communicator with a professional, consultative, and candidate-focused approach
    • \n
