Senior / Principal Software Engineering Recruiter

My client is a specialist technology recruitment business that has grown rapidly by building deep relationships across the US technology ecosystem.

They're now looking for a Senior / Principal Software Engineering Recruiter to play a meaningful role in the next stage of that growth.

You can work remotely from anywhere in the US, but the business actively invests in getting its recruiters in front of clients, candidates and the wider market.

Who are they looking for?

This is aimed at an experienced, commercially minded 360 recruiter with:

• $300k+ annual billings

• A proven ability to win their own clients

• Technology / software engineering / cybersecurity experience

• A track record of building rather than simply servicing a desk

• The maturity to operate autonomously in a remote environment

• Ambition to reach $1m+ billings

You don't need to already be a $1m biller.

But you do need to demonstrate that you know how to win business and build a market.

This isn't a role for delivery-only recruiters or someone accustomed to being handed jobs.
