Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job Description

Our client is a global alternative asset manager who is looking to add a talented Human Resources Operations Associate to their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Aiding in onboarding/offboarding processes
Update & maintain employee data utilizing Workday
Improve processes and automations
Serve as a right hand to the HR team

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or higher
Proficiency in Workday
Strong written/oral communications
