Human Resources Generalist – Roseland, NJ
\n \nI’m currently recruiting for a new HR Generalist opportunity with a prestigious national law firm in Roseland, NJ.
\n \nThis is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with a Senior HR Manager across a broad range of HR functions.
\n \nThe ideal candidate will have solid experience in areas such as:
\n• Employee relations and HR support
\n• Recruiting and onboarding
\n• Benefits and HR administration
\n• HR policies and compliance
\n• Maintaining employee records and HR systems
\n• Supporting day-to-day HR initiatives and projects
\n \nWe’re looking for someone who is organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information while working in a fast-paced environment.
\n \nRoseland, NJ
\nHybrid — Monday & Friday remote; Tuesday–Thursday in office
\nMonday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
\n$90,000–$105,000
\nFull-time | Non-exempt
\nNew position reporting to the Senior Manager of Human Resources
