The Opportunity:

Evaluate, analyze, and invest in strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, equity investments, licensing opportunities, and divestitures to support the company's overall long-term strategy. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts and limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to demonstrate interest in corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance
• Ability to analyze financial information and develop executive-ready presentations
• Ability to conduct company, industry, market, and competitive research and synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Winter 2027, Spring 2028, or Summer 2028

• Experience with financial modeling and valuation, including DCF, comparable company, or precedent transaction analysis
• Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
