Job Description As a Senior Consultant / Business Analyst , you'll join a tight-knit, high-expertise consulting team delivering end-to-end solutions in data management, governance, and monetization. This is a globally remote, full-time role where your contributions will shape both client outcomes and the firm's delivery excellence. THIS REMOTE / VIRTUAL ROLE CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE CENTRAL OR EASTERN STANDARD TIME ZONES Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Engage across end-to-end project phases-from strategy to implementation-to solve complex data challenges. Define and document requirements, analyze business processes, support testing, training, and rollout efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies, tools, and approaches-enhancing DataCatalyst's market differentiation. Work with partner software vendors to integrate appropriate technology into client environments. Own and lead tasks that advance both client success and firm growth-cultivating long-term relationships. Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and recruiting initiatives. Qualifications We value precision, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit. Ideal candidates bring: 5-10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines. Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks. A proactive, "go-getter" mindset with a genuine passion for data as a strategic asset. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking , and attention to detail , especially in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement. strong written and verbal communication , presentation skills, and polished client service abilities. Facility in running workshops with SMEs to elicit business and technical requirements, and mapping business processes with precision. Aptitude for setting clear expectations , managing timelines, milestones, and proactively reporting on risks, issues, and dependencies. Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking , with meticulous stakeholder management and influence-even under ambiguity. Prior experience in project-based or billable consulting roles-preferably delivering visible deliverables and client impact.
