Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and identify their unique functional limitations and recovery goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on research-driven methodologies for a variety of conditions.
• Utilize progressive physical therapy techniques and modalities to enhance patient outcomes and facilitate healing.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team encompassing physicians, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development, pursuing opportunities to refine your skills and expand your clinical knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Vous will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient groups, treating individuals of all ages and backgrounds who may present with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries. Whether recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or seeking rehabilitation after sports injuries, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their mobility and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited education program is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is required.
• Current CPR certification is necessary to ensure patient safety during clinical operations.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are key to successful patient interaction and collaboration with team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems will be beneficial for maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation or geriatric care will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience.
