Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Implementing diverse treatment protocols for various patient populations including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Delivering high-quality patient care through a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques to ensure optimal functional outcomes.
• Consulting with patients and their families, providing education and training to support recovery and rehabilitation goals.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment effectiveness in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Maintaining exceptional customer service standards and contributing positively to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Meeting utilization goals and other key performance indicators to support the growth of the facility.
