Barback

The Barback supports bartenders and helps ensure smooth operations behind the bar. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in hospitality, is highly organized, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, efficient environment. Key Responsibilities Stock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies. Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Remove trash and empty boxes throughout shifts. Wash and polish glassware. Assist bartenders during busy periods. Deliver drinks and supplies as needed. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management. Assist with event setup and breakdown. Maintain cleanliness of guest-facing and service areas. Help create a positive and professional guest experience. Qualifications Hospitality experience preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and special events. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
