Community Bridges is seeking a Lead Navigator in Phoenix, Arizona. This seasonal role focuses on supporting homeless individuals by providing outreach and coordinating community services. The Lead Navigator requires a highschool diploma and ideally has 1–3 years of healthcare experience.
