Position: Operations Intern (Must Have JDE, Concur, Excel Exp) - Urgent Need Location: Warwick, RI Duration: 12 Months Contract Total Hours/week: 40.00 Shift: 1st shift Description Assist with surgical education event activities including attendee travel, accommodations, notifications, email campaigns, course materials, honorarium and travel invoices for KOLs, maintain sales information in Ten24 and Pronto Forms, track and report event attendance and expenses, assist with invoicing and auditing ESP, and collaborate on collateral uploading into Veeva. Key Responsibilities Assist coordinators with assigned surgical education event activities and related communications. Create honorarium and travel invoices for KOLs. Update and maintain sales information on Ten24 (department software). Update Pronto Forms with sales information as needed. Track and report monthly event attendance and related expenses, and provide ad hoc analysis and reporting. Assist senior coordinator with invoicing and auditing of the Education Speaker Programs (ESP) and other ad hoc responsibilities. Collaborate on creation/revision of surgical education collateral and uploading into Veeva (approval software based system). Skills Required Team player with excellent written and verbal communication and proofreading skills. Excellent computer skills – experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office. Experienced in compiling presentations. Spreadsheet and/or financial analysis skills preferred. Experience with JDE and Concur highly preferred. Experience/knowledge in event planning.
