Membership Sales Consultant
Fitometry Health Club is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our team. We are a premium fitness club focused on helping members achieve better outcomes through personalized guidance, fitness, training, recovery, technology, and accountability.
The Role
This is a consultative sales position. You'll manage prospective members from initial inquiry through enrollment by:
- Responding quickly to new leads and inquiries
- Conducting outbound calls, texts, and consistent follow-up
- Asking thoughtful questions to uncover goals, challenges, and motivations
- Conducting personalized club tours
- Presenting Fitometry solutions based on each prospect's needs
- Confidently asking for the sale and overcoming objections
- Managing appointments, follow-up, and pipeline activity in our CRM
- Achieving individual sales and activity goals

Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience in fitness, hospitality, luxury services, personal training, real estate, or other consultative sales environments is a plus. Sales ability, communication skills, curiosity, work ethic, and coachability matter most.
