Director Of Human Resources

Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a steadily growing fresh food manufacturer in the Green Bay area to identify an HR Director to lead HR strategy across three production facilities. This role will oversee site HR teams, support 3 facilities, a workforce of ~500 employees, and drive talent, culture, and compliance initiatives in a high‑volume, multi‑shift environment. The organization is experiencing significant growth and has invested heavily in new facilities, systems, and people development. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic HR leadership across three locations Guide talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning Lead employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and policy development Ensure compliance with all employment and safety regulations Partner with operations to support growth and organizational development Qualifications Manufacturing or CPG experience strongly preferred Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Management, Human Resources, and Manufacturing Industries: Food and Beverage Manufacturing, Human Resources Services, and Administrative and Support Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
