About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, National Installation to lead the alignment and optimization of installation planning and execution functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance in the installation process. This role involves overseeing installation backlog management, forecasting, demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory management, fleet management, facility management, and subcontractor relationships. The VP, National Installation will work to minimize costs, improve operational effectiveness, and drive financial performance through operational efficiencies and cost reductions. Applicants for the VP, National Installation position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification are also preferred. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in security, managed services, supply chain, operations, or integrated business planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of the security technology industry, particularly in access control, identity management, and video monitoring, is essential. The role requires a proven track record in driving operational efficiencies, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics. The VP, National Installation will be expected to lead and mentor a cross-functional team, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure effective communication of operational goals across the organization.
