Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Location: East Mesa, Mesa, AZ 85215
Work Setting: On-site

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Operator I to join our East Mesa production team. This position supports the manufacturing and assembly of industrial fans and coolers. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience and is comfortable using basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture industrial fans and coolers.
• Use hand tools, power drills, rivet tools, and other basic production equipment.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Inspect products and components for defects or damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous work experience is required.
• A resume detailing previous work experience is required.
• Knowledge and experience using hand tools and drills.
• Experience using rivets or rivet tools is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
