Community Marketing Manager

Company: Florida's Fast Growing Window Company selling and installing Top Quality Windows, Doors and Roofing. Position: Community Marketing Manager - In this role, you will lead, train, and manage a door-to-door canvassing team, oversee daily performance, and develop strategies to generate quality leads and support sales growth. Qualified Candidate - MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads. Qualifications: Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams Comfortable working in the field and leading by example Responsibilities Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training Develop neighborhood mapping and route plans in several regional areas Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results Compensation: Earn $100k-$125K (Salary, Commission, Overrides) #J-18808-Ljbffr Statewide Window and Doors
