Job Description: * Level 5 / Non-Exempt / Full-Time / Hourly Employee / Reports to the General Manager * Take action first: Lead a shift, including Employee Training, Food & Restaurant Safety, and Guest Satisfaction * Be results-oriented: Effectively delegate tasks to Crew Members and maintain shift targets * Lead the experience: Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas: o Kitchen - Maintain food quality and safety o People - Coach, train, and provide feedback in the hiring decision-making process o Service - Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring your shift is well-prepared and organized to provide the best service to every guest, both internal and external * Understand that teamwork is key: Leads by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards To be successful in this position, you'll need: * A humble and hospitable demeanor with a passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members) * The capability to lead and motivate others * A desire to learn and grow * A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace * Strong customer service and support focus * To provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment * The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs So, what's your job combo?
