Express is now hiring for a Truss Manufacturing Production Foreman at a local manufacturing company based out of Tumwater, WA. This is an evaluation-permanent opportunity. Compensation is $26.50/hr. This company offers 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability. Job Duties:

• Leading and supervising truss assembly operations
• Building roof and floor trusses for residential, commercial, and agricultural projects
• Operating pneumatic nail guns, hand tools, and presses
• Monitoring workflow and making real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Delegating tasks and supporting crew members
• Reading build schematics and coordinating job priorities
• Communicating with management and reporting production updates
• Stacking and banding finished trusses

 

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in truss manufacturing, production, or assembly
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Steady work history with demonstrated reliability
• Ability to give and follow verbal directions
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift 50lbs or more throughout the shift
• Willing to work outside in all types of weather
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen including THC
• Must thrive in a fast-paced production environment and foster team cooperation
