Job Objectives

Work within the Operations structure with a focus on Efficiency and VoC, which aims to transform customer experience data into operational efficiency . You will be the reference in data intelligence to lead initiatives that scale service, optimize processes via AI, and ensure Qive grows with governance and excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Evolve the basket of operational indicators, connecting with strategic objectives;
• Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards;
• Use customer experience data to identify opportunities and make strategic decisions;
• Optimize AI service resolution: create new flows, adjust prompt, and improve knowledge base;
• Lead process mapping (AS IS / TO BE) to identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities;
• Ensure strategic and tactical alignment between Operations, Product, Engineering, and other partners.

Requirements

• Academic background in the field of exact sciences;
• Experience in Operations, Business Intelligence, or Process Engineering;
• Analytical profile with experience in analysis and construction of indicators;
• Experience with cross-functional work;
• SQL for querying and data autonomy.
