What you will do

• Work on the construction and evolution of Data, Technology and Products metrics.

• Work on the construction and evolution of FinOps metrics, actively supporting the initiative and contributing to analyses of operational efficiency, resource utilization and cost optimization of the organization's data platforms and systems.

• Work with metadata, catalogs, documentation and data assets that support the construction of organizational metrics.

• Participate in the modeling, transformation and availability of data for analytical consumption.

• Collaborate with teams in defining strategic metrics and indicators.

• Develop analyses, dashboards and indicators that support decision-making in different areas of the company.

• Identify opportunities for process automation using Python, AI and productivity tools.

• Explore and implement solutions based on agents, skills and artificial intelligence for operational optimization.

• Support initiatives for governance, data quality and analytical culture.

• Conduct training, workshops and capacity building actions to disseminate good practices for the use of data infrastructure platforms and systems.

• Act as a consultative partner for different areas of Flash, supporting users in the interpretation for the use of data infrastructure platforms and systems.

What we expect from you

Requirements

• Previous experience working with data analysis, BI, Analytics Engineering or related fields.

• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of SQL.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for analysis and automation.

• Experience with Databricks or similar platforms for data processing and analysis.

• Experience using GitHub for versioning and collaboration.

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Metabase, Power BI, Looker or similar.

• Knowledge of data modeling and good practices in analysis.

• Experience in metrics-driven environments and data-driven decision making.

• Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for complementary analyses.

Differentials

• Experience with Data, Products, Technology or Engineering metrics.

• Knowledge of FinOps, infrastructure cost control or data platform.

• Experience with governance, data catalog or metadata management.

• Knowledge of Data Science applied to business problems.

• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, agents and process automation.

• Knowledge of analytical engineering and development of data models.
