Main Responsibilities

• Performing collection and negative listing processes via SCPC, including inclusion, monitoring, and removal of records, in accordance with company policy.
• Monitoring the progress of collections, tracking agreements, deadlines, payments made, and outstanding amounts.
• Monitoring the recovery of credits, analyzing recovery rates, aging of the portfolio, and effectiveness of collection actions.
• Analyzing the variation of store owners' balances, identifying inconsistencies, relevant deviations, or atypical movements.
• Identifying and reporting red flags and patterns of risk of delinquency, proposing preventive or corrective actions.
• Supporting the financial area with reports on delinquency, aging, recovery, and risk, ensuring reliable data for decision-making.

Requirements and Skills

What We Expect From You:

• Ongoing or completed education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Initial experience in collection, accounts receivable, finance, or credit.
• Interest in acting with analysis of delinquency, credit recovery, and risk.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
• Good ability to follow processes and deadlines, with a sense of responsibility.
• Clear communication for interaction with internal areas.
• Proactive profile, with a willingness to learn and develop in the financial area.

It Will Be a Plus:

• Basic knowledge of credit bureaus (SCPC, Serasa, or similar).
• Intermediate or advanced English.
