Main Activities

• Handling and manipulation of large databases;
• Investigating, mining, correlating, and analyzing information in a database;
• Conducting studies to understand the profile of our clients;
• Leading the design of modeling: definition of audience, samples, analysis periods, etc;
• Developing credit risk models using the most appropriate technique for each type of problem;
• Documenting development and following up on models;
• Proposing analytical solutions to business problems;
• Leading individual projects of greater complexity;
• Managing a highly technical team, supporting professional evolution and growth.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and Machine Learning;
• Experience with Python and Spark language;
• Experience with SQL server databases;
• Experience with code hosting platforms (GitHub, BitBucket, etc.)
• Good ability to identify and propose solutions to problems, ensuring the applicability of the solutions.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and following the latest trends in data science and recommendation systems;
• Highly collaborative profile, willing to interact with business areas and strongly oriented to business results.

Differentials

• Experience in modeling areas in the financial sector;
• Postgraduate studies in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or related fields;
• Experience in code versioning in production;
• Experience with process automation software (AirFlow).
