References to KKR's investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries.We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to execute and oversee asset rebalancing settlements and collateral management while driving process optimization and technological innovation across our platforms.Primary ResponsibilitiesOperational OversightAsset Transfer Management: Execute and oversee end-to-end asset transfer processes for both public and private assets, ensuring timeliness and accuracyAccount Setup Administration: Manage account opening and setup processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external banking partnersDerivatives Collateral Management: Direct derivatives collateral management operations, including overseeing collateral movements, managing dispute resolution and onboarding Counterparty relationshipsThird-Party Service Oversight: Monitor and manage relationships with outsourced service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and service quality standardsBanking Relationships: Serve as a key point of contact for banking partners, managing day-to-day operational matters and escalationsCollateral for Liquidity Management Programs: Oversee collateral programs supporting FHLB borrowing facilities and repo transactions, including eligibility monitoring and optimizationHands-On Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a Boston-based team and offshore resources while maintaining direct involvement in day-to-day operations, ensuring both strategic oversight and tactical execution during critical periodsStrategic InitiativesProcess Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies, streamline workflows, and eliminate redundancies through partnerships with KKR Technology and external vendorsArtificial Intelligence Expansion: Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions and automation tools to enhance operational effectiveness and scalabilityQualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field8+ years of experience in operations management within financial services; experience within the Insurance industry a plusStrong understanding of asset settlements, derivatives collateral management, and custody operationsStrong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and AIProven track record managing third-party relationships and vendor oversightExperience with derivatives operations and margin requirementsKnowledge of FHLB borrowing programs and repo market mechanicsKey CompetenciesOperational excellence and attention to detailStrategic thinking with execution focusChange management and innovation mindsetCross-functional collaborationRisk management and controls orientationThis is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
