Accounts Payable Analyst

NewGen Administrative Services partners with skilled nursing facilities to deliver compassionate, person‑centered care. We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to process vendor invoices and payments, maintain accurate financial records, support audit requests, and ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls.
What you’ll do:
- Receive, process, code, and verify vendor invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts payable ledgers, and clear outstanding items
- Keep vendor information accurate and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure all company procedures, approval processes, and internal controls are followed
- Prepare reports on payment activities, support data analysis for financial reporting, and assist with audit requests
- Proactively identify, research, and resolve vendor and payment related issues
- Support initiatives to review and improve accounting and accounts payable processes
What you bring:
- Must have: 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Must have: Advanced Excel skills
- Must have: Strong research and analytical skills to resolve complex issues
- Must have: High level of accuracy and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Must have: Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Nice to have: Associate’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Systems: Microsoft Suite, Great Plains, Mekorma, NetSuite
